EXCELLENT Based on 30 reviews Posted on Jonathan SeniorTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently worked with Neal on a provisional patent application and was extremely happy with the experience. Initially, I thought I might be able to tackle it myself, but after seeing the finished document, I was genuinely relieved that I’d engaged a professional. Neal was consistently quick to respond, easy to communicate with, and took the time to clearly explain the process and available options along the way. The quality of the final result gave me real confidence that my idea had been properly captured and documented. I fully intend to work with Neal again when the time comes to file a full patent application and would happily recommend his services.Posted on Chris HorsfallTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Neal has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. I was having some issues with a trademark from a company I had just started up. The TM was approved, but I had received a cease and desist letter from an opposition. Neal walked me through all the potential outcomes and really helped me develop a solid plan to respond to the issue I was facing. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured, he took the time to make sure I fully understood my options. Highly recommend Patenteur!Posted on Robbie FarmerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I emailed Neal Schutte with questions regarding trademark and the amount of detail in his return email was next level ! The attention to detail and professionalism is much appreciated and I look forward to engaging the team shortly based on the initial customer service provided. Impressed !Posted on Darren McCarthyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a really great experience working with Neal Schutte. Since I don’t have much experience in this area or in business generally, he was excellent to work with. Patient, clear, and supportive every step of the way. He didn’t just rush through things, he took the time to explain every detail clearly and made sure I understood all the steps. It felt like he genuinely cared about my case and wanted the best outcome possible. His attention to detail was very impressive, and it gave me a lot of confidence throughout the process. I also appreciated how easy it was to get in touch with him whenever I had questions or needed clarification. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience, and I’ll definitely be reaching out to him again in the near future. If you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, patient, and truly dedicated, I highly recommend working with Neal.Posted on Timothy FraserTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. These areas are known for strong industry activity and new product development. Intellectual Property protection is essential for their business growth.
The Perth central business district (including adjacent West Perth) is the premier hub for corporate offices and professional services in Western Australia (WA). Most mining, resources and energy companies maintain head offices here, and it dominates Perth’s professional, scientific and technical services (PSTS) cluster. In short, Perth City has the “primacy” for PSTS and mining sectors, reflecting its role as WA’s business core and the state’s global resources–energy gateway).
A major northern-industrial precinct, Osborne Park contains numerous warehouses, showrooms and offices. It is often cited as one of Perth’s most active industrial/commercial zones. The City of Stirling notes that Osborne Park’s industrial area “contains numerous showrooms, retail outlets and offices” and is a “significant employment centre for Perth’s northern suburbs”. Many manufacturing, engineering, construction and logistics firms (including mining-supply businesses) are based here.
A strategic heavy-industrial suburb ~12 km north of the CBD. Local government describes Malaga as “a strategic industrial area” and the City of Swan’s largest industrial precinct, employing over 17,000 people – making it the second-largest industrial employment centre in Western Australia. It lies on major highways and is a key node for manufacturing, resources supply, and transport companies. Region-wide analyses also list Malaga (with the southern manufacturing corridor) as a “significant centre” for industry.
A major industrial precinct in Perth’s south generates about two‑thirds of the City of Canning’s economic output. It is cited as one of “Perth’s premier industrial areas”. The area has extensive warehousing and factory estates supporting a variety of sectors. Historically Canning Vale is known as a food-processing and distribution hub. Major food manufacturers, packaging companies and logistics firms are clustered here, alongside general manufacturing and wholesale trade.
Just east of Perth and linking directly to the airport and port rail line, Kewdale is one of Perth’s most established industrial locations, serving as the City of Belmont’s major industrial district. It is a strategic transport/logistics hub for the state.
An established industrial suburb in Perth’s northwest. Planning guides note that Balcatta has a “diverse set of commercial property types, including a large industrial sector”. It is often paired with Osborne Park as a northern manufacturing/commercial cluster. Many small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in engineering, fabrication, and manufacturing (including food and appliance manufacturing) are located in Balcatta.
An inner-west suburb group adjacent to the CBD. Subiaco-Shenton Park is highlighted in commuter and industry studies as a major centre for professional, scientific and technical services. Its proximity to hospitals and the University of Western Australia also makes it a hub for healthcare and R&D jobs. (In other words, Subiaco overlaps both the PSTS cluster and the health/education cluster.)
Western suburbs immediately south of Subiaco, home to The University of Western Australia (UWA) and major hospitals. These areas dominate Perth’s health, medical research and education sector. Health, Social Assistance and Research jobs are concentrated in “Nedlands-Dalkeith–Crawley” (and Subiaco-Shenton Park). In practice, many medical-device, biotech and university-spinout companies are based here due to the nearby universities and hospitals.
The port city on Perth’s south-western edge. Fremantle is a key node for maritime, logistics, and port-related industries, as well as tourism/hospitality. It provides significant healthcare and social-sector employment (e.g. Fremantle Hospital) and a sizable creative/design sector. Its combination of port infrastructure and cultural industries makes it a noteworthy location for resource logistics firms and consumer/retail design clients.
RIZ is a new strategic industrial precinct in the City of Rockingham. It is planned as a very large (≈1,150 ha) sustainable industrial estate – indeed part of WA’s “premier industrial area”. RIZ is being marketed for major projects (renewable hydrogen, critical minerals, naval shipbuilding, etc.) and is adjacent to naval base HMAS Stirling and the proposed Westport port. It is recognized as a major upcoming industrial area.
Neerapub, in the City of Wanneroo north of Perth, is being developed as one of Perth’s largest new industrial estates. The city plans for 20,000–30,000 jobs there. It already hosts the Australian Automation and Robotics Precinct (AARP), a state-backed R&D hub for automation and robotics. The infrastructure is being built out (roads, utilities) for heavy industry.
We work with clients across Perth and regional Western Australia to provide intellectual property services tailored to the mining, engineering, and manufacturing sectors.
