Neal, the founding director at Patenteur, is a seasoned expert in Intellectual Property (IP) law with over 20 years of experience. He is a multi-jurisdictional patent and trademark attorney who has established successful legal practices both locally and internationally, including at one of Australia’s top national IP firms. Neal has also managed the IP portfolio of the world’s second-largest mining company (ASX:RIO) and provided commercial advice and IP consulting to various technology firms in Australia, Europe, and Asia.
As an IP generalist, Neal excels in patent law, including drafting, prosecution, portfolio analysis, freedom to operate studies, negotiations, IP agreements, and contentious proceedings. He has been published in several IP publications.
Neal is involved in every case at Patenteur, ensuring all clients benefit from his extensive expertise.

Jeanine started her career as a premium red winemaker at Australia’s most admired wine brand, before embarking on her international career including experience in California, New Zealand, South Africa and elsewhere. Jeanine is also a European qualified brewer.
Jeanine then ventured into the business side of wine as a business development executive with Australia’s largest wine company, before entering the world of Intellectual Property.
